Dangote’s refinery Could have been built in the Niger Delta--Momoh

A University Don, Dr. Isah Momoh has said that the 12 billion dollar Dangote’s refinery Could have been built in the Niger , if the area was devoil of militancy.

He called on journalists to help appeal to the Niger Delta Militants through their reportage , to make their area peaceful for investors to come.
