Dangote Building Nigeria's First Private Oil Refinery

Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, is on course to deliver Nigeria’s first private crude oil refinery by 2019 .

Sources said, facilities for the $12 billion refinery were  being seriously assembled. 

When completed, the refinery would have the  capacity to produce  650,000 barrels of refined crude per day.

  The country needs 260,000 barrels to service local demand.
